Gold Rates Decline by Rs2,000 to Rs261,500

Islamabad: The per tola price of 24 karat gold fell by Rs.2,000 to Rs.261,500 on Saturday, down from Rs.263,500 on the previous trading day.

The price of 10 grams of 24 karat gold also decreased by Rs.1,714 to Rs.224,194, compared to Rs.225,908. Additionally, the price of 10 grams of 22 karat gold dropped to Rs.205,511 from Rs.207,083, according to the All Sindh Sarafa Jewellers Association.

The price of per tola silver decreased by Rs.50 to Rs.2,850, while the price of 10 grams of silver fell by Rs.42.87 to Rs.2,443.41.

In the international market, the price of gold decreased by $11 to $2,497 from $2,518, the Association reported.
