Thundershower Forecast for Karachi, Bahawalpur

Karachi:  The Pakistan Meteorological Department (PMD) has forecast rain, windstorm, or thundershowers with isolated heavy falls in most parts of Sindh province, including Karachi, over the next 24 hours, while rainfall is predicted for Bahawalpur.

The thundershower is expected to affect areas including Tharparkar, Nangarparkar, Islamkot, Mithi, Mirpukhas, Umerkot, Tando Allahyar, Tando Mohammed Khan, Matiari, Sanghar, Karachi, Hyderabad, Thatta, Badin, Sujawal, Shaheed Benazirabad, Jamshoro, Sukkur, Ghotki, Shikarpur, Kashmore, Khairpur, Larkana, Jacobabad, Dadu, and Naushero Feroze.

Meanwhile, the local Met Office forecasts partly cloudy to cloudy weather with chances of rain for Bahawalpur over the next 24 hours. The highest temperature recorded in the last 24 hours was 39°C, with the lowest at 31°C. 

Similar partly cloudy to cloudy conditions with rain chances are expected for the surrounding region as well.
