Family Found Dead in Car on M-2 Motorway

Bhera: In a tragic and mysterious incident, four members of a Lahore family—two women and a young child—were found dead in their car on the M-2 Motorway near Bhera on Friday morning.

The family was traveling from Lahore to Islamabad when their journey took a fatal turn. Rescue 1122 extracted the lifeless bodies from the vehicle, while the driver, Umar Qasim, was taken to the hospital in an unconscious state.

The family, residing on McLeod Road, Lahore, was traveling in a vehicle with registration number LEF 7339. The deceased have been identified as Romaila, 55; Meher, 30; Samar, 25; and 6-year-old Aun Ali.

Initial suspicions suggest the cause of death might be related to poisoned food. The bodies have been transferred to THQ Hospital Bhalwal for further investigation as authorities work to uncover the circumstances surrounding this tragic event.
