Punjab Artists Support Fund Received 242 Applications From Pindi Division

Rawalpindi: Chief Minister Punjab Artists Support Fund (PASF) has received a total of 242 applications from across the Rawalpindi division for the fiscal year 2024-2025.

Speaking during a meeting of the PASF Rawalpindi Division, Punjab Arts Council Rawalpindi Director Sajjad Hussain briefed the attendees on the objectives of the Artists Support Fund. He informed that applications meeting all the required criteria would be submitted to the Lahore department for final approval of financial assistance for the artists..

Various matters related to the fund were also discussed.

Artist Batin Farooqi expressed optimism that the government would continue to take similar steps for the welfare of the artist community.
