Three Killed, Several Injured in Jamshoro Accident

Jamshoro: At least three passengers were killed and several others injured in a collision between a passenger coach and a trailer on the M-9 Motorway near Jamshoro early Friday morning.

The coach was severely damaged in the crash.

Emergency services responded promptly, transporting the deceased and the injured to nearby hospitals. Police are investigating the cause of the accident.

Meanwhile, a tragic incident occurred early Friday morning in Sheikh Pur, a village in the Gujrat District, where the roof of a dilapidated house collapsed, resulting in the death of a minor child and injuring five other family members.

The collapse was caused by the heavy burden of building materials combined with severe rainstorms, according to rescue sources. The house, constructed from mud and stone, could not withstand the conditions.

The injured were transported to Aziz Bhatti Shaheed Hospital, where their conditions are reported to be stable. Police and local residents are actively engaged in ongoing rescue operations at the scene.
