PHA DG Visits Sargodha Parks To Assess Heatwave Damage

Sargodha: Environmental change can only be achieved if people take responsibility for nurturing plants in their homes, streets and neighbourhoods, stated Parks and Horticulture Authority (PHA) Director General Tauqeer Haider Kazmi during his visit to various parks in Sargodha to assess the damage caused by the recent heat wave.

Tauqeer Haider inspected the wave-affected parksat Khushab Road, Jail Road and Kachehri Road. He also directed officials to replace the damaged plants and complete ongoing projects within the stipulated time.

Deputy Director Admin Shafiqur Rahman briefed Kazmi on the ongoing projects and the replacement of heat wave-affected plants in parks and green belts. The visit aimed to ensure the timely completion of projects and the well-being of the city’s green spaces. APP
