Islamabad: The Pakistan Telecommunication Authority (PTA) has highlighted the significance of immediately reporting unlawful content directly to social media platforms to ensure its swift removal.

As highlighted in PTA Director Muhammad Farooq’s article ‘The Need to Be a Responsible Online User’, users must familiarize themselves with the guidelines for uploading and sharing content.

Social media platforms encourage users to lodge complaints directly which helps in a faster and more efficient resolution process.
