Tragic Laptop Blast Kills All Nine Victims of Family

Faisalabad: The death toll from the laptop explosion incident has risen to nine, as all victims succumbed to their injuries while receiving treatment at the Burns Unit of Allied Hospital-I.
According to the police, the incident occurred on Wednesday, June 19, in a house located on Satiana Road, Mohallah Sharifpura, within the Batala Colony police precincts.
A group of children was using a laptop when it suddenly caught fire, engulfing the surroundings.
The fire caused the immediate deaths of two children: nine-year-old Talha, son of Muhammad Ahmad, and his six-year-old sister, Dua Fatima.
Rescue-1122 managed to control the fire and transported seven other victims to the hospital.
The injured included Farhat (45), wife of Aslam; her son Makki Raza (24); grandson Rehan Raza (8); granddaughter Eman Fatima (4); Nargas (32), wife of Muhammad Ahmad; her son Muhammad Ibrahim (3); and Rashida (40), wife of Ali Raza.
Despite intensive care and the best efforts of the doctors, all the victims ultimately succumbed to their burn injuries, one after another.
