Islamabad: In anticipation of the upcoming Hajj pilgrimage, the Saudi Ministry of Hajj has vowed to ensure ideal arrangements, setting a high standard for the pilgrimage experience this year.
Amidst this commitment to excellence, Rawaf Mina for Hajj Service has declared zero tolerance for any shortcomings in the arrangements, with a particular focus on Maktab No. 2 within the Hajj service framework.
Recognizing the sacred duty of serving the guests of Allah Ta’ala, Samir Abdul Rehman Saqat, a Moullam at Maktab No. 2, shared insights during an exclusive interview with Haji Naeemullah Khan, manager of Safa Makkah Hajj and Umrah Travels Islamabad, and journalist Haji Naeemullah Khan.
Saqat emphasized Rawaf Mina for Hajj Service’s unwavering dedication to ensuring the best arrangements during Hajj, with a special focus on Maktab No. 2’s commitment to leaving no stone unturned in this endeavor.
He underscored the importance of approaching each Hajj season with renewed determination and a desire to provide the best services to the pilgrims, particularly aiming to facilitate their journey within the span of five days, with a spotlight on delivering exceptional service in Arafat and Muzdalifah.
Expressing gratitude towards Pakistani group leaders for their collaboration in serving the pilgrims, Saqat highlighted their invaluable contribution during and post-Hajj, ensuring that each pilgrim receives the best services.
He announced plans to recognize the dedication of these group leaders with special credentials in acknowledgment of their efforts.
In response to the evolving dynamics of Hajj management, Saqat revealed the introduction of a unique card by the Saudi Ministry of Hajj, designed to streamline the pilgrimage experience.
This card, to be scanned in Mina and Arafat, will provide comprehensive data on each pilgrim, facilitating efficient crowd management and ensuring that those undertaking Hajj unlawfully are duly addressed. The implementation of such measures aims to alleviate congestion in Mina and Arafat, thereby optimizing services for pilgrims observing Hajj through lawful means.
As a gesture of appreciation, a rare model of Sharif was presented during the interview, symbolizing the mutual respect and gratitude shared between the parties involved. Haji Naeemullah Khan expressed heartfelt thanks for the thoughtful gesture, further strengthening the spirit of cooperation and camaraderie in facilitating a seamless Hajj experience.
With the Saudi Ministry of Hajj and Rawaf Mina’s joint commitment to excellence, coupled with the dedication of Pakistani group leaders and stakeholders, the stage is set for a transformative Hajj season characterized by meticulous planning, efficient execution, and unparalleled service delivery.
As pilgrims embark on this sacred journey, they can rest assured that every effort has been made to ensure a spiritually enriching and logistically smooth Hajj experience.
