Ingredients for Malai Kabab
- Chicken mince: 1 kg
- Onion: 1 cup
- Green chilies: 2-3
- Ginger: 1-2 pods
- Garlic pods: 2-3 cloves
- Green coriander: 1 cup
- Red chili powder: 1 tbsp
- Salt: 1 ½ tsp
- Cumin seeds: 1 tbsp
- Red chili flakes: 1 tbsp
- Coriander powder: 1 tbsp
- Nestlé MilkPak Yogurt: 1/2 cup
- Oil (for frying): as required
- Heated coal pieces (for smoke)
- Oil (for smoke): 1 tsp
- Ingredients for Green Chutney
- Green coriander: 1 cup
- Mint leaves: 1/2 cup
- Nestlé MilkPak Yogurt: 1/2 cup
- Green chilies: 1-2
- Salt: 1/2 tsp
Ingredients for Creamy Sauce
- Nestlé MilkPak Dairy Cream: 1 cup
- Black pepper, crushed: 1 tsp
- Salt: 1/2 tsp
Ingredients for Assembling
- Paratha: as required
- Green chutney: as required
- Prepared malai kabab: as required
- Creamy sauce: as required
- Onion (sliced): as required
Prepare Malai Kabab:
In a chopper, combine chicken mince, onion, green chilies, ginger, garlic pods, green coriander, red chili powder, salt, cumin seeds, red chili flakes, coriander powder, and Nestlé MilkPak Yogurt. Chop until well mixed.
Shape this mixture onto wooden skewers to form seekh kababs. Shallow fry them until fully cooked. Remove from skewers, cut into 2 pieces, and set aside.
Make the Green Chutney:
In a blender, blend green coriander, mint leaves, green chilies, salt, and Nestlé MilkPak Yogurt until smooth. Set aside.
Prepare the Creamy Sauce:
In a bowl, mix Nestlé MilkPak Dairy Cream, crushed black pepper, and salt. Set aside.
Assemble Paratha Rolls
Take a paratha and drizzle green chutney over it. Place malai kabab and onion slices on top, then drizzle with creamy sauce. Wrap the paratha into a roll shape.
