Key officials, including Sardar Tariq Mehmood and Chaudhery Zulfiqar, the secretary of AFL Pakistan, are actively involved in overseeing the matches. Their presence not only boosts the morale of the players but also ensures that the selection process is thorough and unbiased.
“We are spotting the players who will be making the national squad, and we want to take the best players for the tournament,” stated Chaudhery Zulfiqar. He emphasized the importance of this league in identifying and nurturing talent, ensuring that Pakistan fields a strong team for the Asia Cup.
The league is seen as a significant step forward for AFL Pakistan. “We are taking one step at a time and moving forward, and it is a positive sign,” concluded Zulfiqar. This structured approach not only helps in team building but also fosters a competitive spirit among players, preparing them for international challenges.
