IK, Celebrities Mourn Iranian President’s Raisi Death

Islamabad: Sad news has emerged from our neighboring country, Iran, as their esteemed President, His Excellency Ebrahim Raisi, tragically perished in a helicopter crash.

Yesterday, a helicopter carrying President Raisi and Iran’s Foreign Minister crashed amid harsh weather conditions. The difficult terrain delayed the discovery of the wreckage, which was found today with no survivors on board.

This incident has plunged Iran into grief, as Ebrahim Raisi was a significant figure who had previously served as the Chief Justice of Iran before becoming President.

He had recently visited Pakistan, where he received a warm welcome.

Many prominent Pakistani figures, including former Prime Minister Imran Khan, actors Usama Khan, Ghana Ali, Madiha Rizvi, and host Shaista Lodhi, have expressed their condolences on this untimely demise.
