Islamabad: Taste the tantalizing flavors of tandoori pasta with this mouthwatering recipe. It’s an easy and delicious way to infuse your pasta dishes with a whole new dimension of taste.
Pasta Ingredients:
- Water, as required
- 1 tsp Salt
- 2 cups Pan Pasta
Tandoori Pasta Ingredients:
- 3 tbsp Butter
- 1/2 cup Tomato Paste
- 3 cups Milk
- 1 tbsp Red Chilli Flakes
- 1 tbsp Tandoori Masala
- 1 tsp Salt (or as per taste)
- 2 tbsp Chili Sauce
- 1 cup Cream
- 2 cups Cooked Pasta (boiled)
- 1 cup Nurpur Mozzarella Cheese
- 1 cup Nurpur Cheddar Cheese
- Fresh parsley (for garnish)
Instructions:
Boil water in a pan, add salt, and cook the pan pasta until it’s about 80% done. Drain it, rinse with cold water, and set aside.
In a preheated pan, melt butter and add garlic and onion. Sauté for a minute, then add tomato paste and cook for 2-3 minutes.
Pour in the milk and bring it to a boil. Add red chili flakes, tandoori masala, salt, and chili sauce. Stir well to combine.
Add cream and simmer until the sauce thickens. Then, add the partially cooked pan pasta and cook for one more minute.
Stir in Nurpur mozzarella cheese and cheddar cheese until melted and well combined.
Your tantalizing tandoori pasta is ready! Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
