Samsung Unveils AI Updates for Previous Device Models

Islamabad: Samsung, the Korean smartphone and device manufacturer, has revealed plans to integrate artificial intelligence (AI) capabilities into several of its older products.
During an announcement at Samsung’s certified platform in South Korea, a company representative disclosed that new AI features would be implemented across various devices via a software update by May.
As per a report from a tech website, Samsung aims to introduce AI functionalities not only to its current lineup but also to devices released in 2021.
The report suggests that AI features will be extended to all Samsung phone series, laptops, and tablets, including models like the S21, S22, and S23.
Samsung has confirmed that Galaxy AI features will be retroactively applied to devices launched in the past three years, enhancing their capabilities with the latest AI advancements.
Different AI tools will be provided to various devices, although some may not receive access to certain updates or premium AI features.
The company is anticipated to deliver these AI enhancements through a software update scheduled for May.
