Islamabad DC Denies Permission to PTI for March 30 Rally

News Desk

Islamabad: Deputy Commissioner (DC) Islamabad has refused permission to Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) to hold a rally on March 30.

The request for the rally was made by PTI Regional President Aamir Masood Mughal, and the Islamabad High Court had directed the DC Islamabad to make a decision within two days.

However, the Deputy Commissioner cited concerns over the law and order situation as the reason for denying permission. In response, PTI leader Aamir Masood Mughal has announced plans to approach the Islamabad High Court once again.

Mughal expressed dissatisfaction, stating that if the authorities cannot ensure security for a rally even in the capital, it questions the legitimacy of the government’s stance.
