1 pao tamarind
10 almonds
1/2 pao sugar
1/2 teaspoon raisins

1 teaspoon ‘kalonji’ (nigella seeds)
1/2 cup white vinegar
1/2 teaspoon salt

Soak the ‘Aloo Bukhara’ and tamarind separately in water for a few hours or until they become soft.
