Westerly weather brings heavy rains to Balochistan.

Islamabad: Westerly weather systems have extended across most parts of Balochistan, as reported by the Provincial Disaster Management Authority (PDMA).
Northwest and south Balochistan have experienced heavy rains accompanied by strong winds.
The city of Chaman and its surroundings have been experiencing continuous heavy rainfall since last night. Additionally, rainfall has been recorded in Qila Abdullah, Shelabagh, Saranan, Gulistan, Jangal Pir Alizai, Pashin, Khanuzai, Turbat, Panjgur, and Kharan.
In hilly areas such as Kozhak Top, Toba Kakadi, Khawaja Imran, Ziarat, Toba Achakzai, and Kan Mehtarzai, snowfall has been reported.
Levies officials have stated that traffic on connecting roads has been affected due to the snowfall in higher-altitude areas.
Deputy Commissioner Athar Abbas has informed that road clearance operations are underway using bulldozers to clear snow from connecting roads, thus restoring land connections with upper-area cities.
