Arms Display, Public Gatherings Banned in DI Khan

DI Khan: The Dera district administration has implemented Section 144 of the Code of Criminal Procedure (CrPC), prohibiting activities such as aerial firing, the display of arms, use of vehicles with tinted glasses, and unauthorized public gatherings or corner meetings.
As per the issued notification, this order will be in effect for 19 days, from January 23 to February 10, unless modified or withdrawn.
The measure aims to safeguard the lives and properties of citizens and prevent any potential incidents, considering recent security threats.
The order includes restrictions on carrying weapons, engaging in aerial firing, using vehicles with tinted glasses, and organizing Jalsas, meetings, or corner meetings without proper authorization.
The notification emphasizes that strict legal actions will be taken against individuals found violating these regulations.
