Bahawalpur Experiences Cold Weather

Bahawalpur: Bahawalpur city and its surrounding areas have plunged into an intense cold spell, with temperatures dropping to five degrees Celsius between Saturday and Sunday nights.

Dense fog and smog have blanketed the entire region, settling in during the evenings and persisting throughout the days. Brief appearances of the sun were scarce, with fog or smog dominating the daylight hours.

Over the past 24 hours, the recorded temperatures ranged from a maximum of 19 degrees Celsius to a minimum of 5 degrees Celsius.

Looking ahead, the local Meteorological Office predicts a continuation of fog and partly cloudy conditions for the city in the next 24 hours. Similar weather patterns are anticipated for the wider region as well.
