AIOU Starts Admissions for International Students

Islamabad: Allama Iqbal Open University (AIOU) has announced admissions for the Spring 2024 semester, beginning January 15, 2024, nationwide, covering AJK and GB regions.

The admission cycle encompasses a wide range of programs, including Matric (General), Matric Dars-e-Nizami (Sanwiya Ama), FA (General), FA Dars-e-Nizami (Sanwiya Khasa), I.Com., certificate courses, BS (face-to-face), MPhil, and PhD programs, as detailed in a recent press release.

AIOU’s educational outreach now extends to accommodate the requirements of overseas Pakistanis and international learners. Candidates residing anywhere globally can enroll in Matriculation, Intermediate, and I Com programs to augment their academic credentials.

The admissions process is exclusively online, managing all academic procedures, from enrollment to degree issuance, through the digital platform.

On January 15, 2024, prospectuses and admission forms for all programs will be accessible online via the university’s website (www.aiou.edu.pk).

Notably, admission into BS (face-to-face), MPhil, and PhD programs necessitates an online application, while candidates for Matriculation, Intermediate, and I.Com programs have the option of submitting applications manually or online.
