Fog Forces Closure of Peshawar Motorway

Peshawar: The Peshawar Motorway M1, from Peshawar to Rishkai, has been temporarily closed for all traffic owing to dense fog, confirmed by a Motorway Police official speaking to APP on Sunday morning.

The decision to close the motorway aims to prevent accidents, according to the motorway authorities.

In light of this situation, officials from the Motorway Police strongly advised people against unnecessary travel during foggy conditions. They emphasized the importance of using fog lights while traveling in such weather conditions.

The motorway will be reopened for traffic once visibility improves and the fog dissipates, mentioned by motorway officials.
