Chitral Regions Expect Rain

Peshawar: Most districts within the province are anticipated to maintain cold and dry conditions, although there might be isolated instances of light rainfall in certain areas of Chitral, as per the Met Office’s report on Sunday.
The morning and evening could see fog in districts like Nowshera, Mardan, Swabi, Peshawar, Dera Ismail Khan, and Bannu. Due to dense fog, precautionary measures have led to the closure of Motorway-M1, prioritizing public safety.
Kalam has experienced a sharp drop in temperatures, with the mercury plunging to -4 degrees Celsius. Peshawar’s minimum temperature stands at 4 degrees Celsius, with an expected maximum of 23 degrees Celsius. Other areas like Parachinar, Dir, Malam Jabba, and Takhtbhai are recording temperatures ranging from 1 to 3 degrees Celsius, according to officials from the Meteorological Department.
