PMA Urges PMDC To Take Measures Protecting Doctors’ Rights

Islamabad: Pakistan Medical Association (PMA) Islamabad chapter decided to raise voices for doctors to early address their outstanding issues by using all relevant forums. They agreed to address all issues in an appropriate manner and in a democratic way.
The meeting asked the Pakistan Medical and Dental Council (PMDC) to take the necessary steps for the betterment of physicians and decided to convey their worries to the Islamabad Healthcare Regulatory Authority (IHRA).
While chairing the executive body meeting, PMA Islamabad chapter President Professor Akhtar Ali Bandisha said that the association is committed to safeguarding the rights of medical practitioners.
The participants also appealed to restore the health card scheme with further improvements.
