Over 580 Graduates Step Into The Future

Rawalpindi: The graduates need to take their skills of inquiry into the real world, brimming with unprecedented challenges. I hope that they would apply the knowledge and skills gained at their alma mater to make a difference in the lives of the needy and deprived segments of society, said NUST Rector Engr Javed Mahmood.
National University of Sciences and Technology (NUST) College of Electrical and Mechanical Engineering (CEME) hosted its 29th Convocation Ceremony on Friday, marking a significant milestone in the academic journey of over 580 undergraduate, MS and PhD students.

Engr Javed conferred the degrees upon the graduates and congratulated the graduating students.

The President’s Gold Medal at the undergraduate level was awarded to Saad Tariq in electrical engineering, Daniyal Ziafat in mechanical engineering, Fatima Mansoor in computer and software engineering, and Rana Haris Javed in mechatronics engineering.
The President’s Gold Medal for best performance in postgraduate programs was awarded to Sammia Tariq in electrical engineering, Fahad ul Hassan Asif Mattoo, and Sidra Muquddas in mechatronics engineering.
