Commissioner Visits E-Khidmat Markaz To Evaluate Amenities

Rawalpindi: Commissioner Rawalpindi Division Liaquat Ali Chatta paid a visit to E-Khidmat Markaz on Wednesday and reviewed the amenities provided to the general public.
The E-Service Center Manager briefed the Commissioner about the services being provided to the citizens in the E-Service Markaz.
Inquiring about the services being offered to the public, the Commissioner also visited the counters of other departments and relevant officials working at the centre.
Additionally, Liaquat Ali inquired from the public about the services as well. The citizens informed the commissioner that E-Service Markaz provides satisfactory services.
E-Service Markaz is a commendable initiative for public welfare that offers its users great convenience. The services offered in the E-Service Markaz should receive more publicity so that more individuals could benefit from them, Commissioner Ali further stated.
The work of government institutions is to create convenience for the people, he added.
Chatta instructed the concerned authorities that the quality of the services being offered should be further enhanced and he also asked them to further simplify the procedure for accommodating citizens.
The registry services should be increased at the centre and special measures should be taken to increase the facilities, Commissioner Liaquat instructed Registrar Rawalpindi.
Ali Chatta ordered the approval of building maps to be more efficient and effective.
He directed the officers that the system of transmission of files should be made easy and efficient to ensure the convenience of the people.
