95% Complaints of Christians on Citizen Portal Resolved

Islamabad: As many as 95 per cent of the complaints registered by the Christian community on the citizen portal have been resolved, said Prime Minister Imran Khan’s cell.

According to an official report, in the last three years, 10,700 members of the Christian community including 1,300 females registered themselves on the Pakistan Citizen Portal and they registered 13430 complaints during this period.

In the context of resolved complaints, 6,664 people expressed their views while overall the satisfaction rate for the portal’s services was 50 per cent.

The report shows that the highest number of 2,366 complaints was received from the power and energy sector while 2,031 complaints were registered on municipal services.

It also shows that the Christian community is 100 percent satisfied with the Health Justice Card facility.
