527 Taliban Fighters Killed in Operation Ghazab lil-Haq

Islamabad:  Federal Minister for Information and Broadcasting Attaullah Tarar announced on Friday that Pakistan’s security forces have killed 527 combatants of the Afghan Taliban and destroyed 237 of their posts during Operation Ghazab lil-Haq (Righteous Fury).

Speaking at 4:00 pm, the minister provided a detailed summary of the Taliban’s losses, stating that an additional 38 posts were “captured and destroyed” and over 755 Taliban operatives were injured during the operation.

The operation also targeted heavy weaponry, with around 205 tanks, armored vehicles, and artillery guns destroyed. Air strikes were conducted across approximately 62 locations in Afghanistan, contributing to the operation’s effectiveness.

Attaullah Tarar said that Operation Ghazab lil-Haq had dealt a significant blow to Taliban forces while emphasizing the coordinated efforts of ground and air forces in achieving these results.
