147th Quaid Celebrations with Zeal in AJK

Mirpur: Preparations are in full swing to celebrate the 147th birth anniversary of Quaid-e-Azam Muhammad Ali Jinnah, the Father of the Nation and founder of Pakistan, with great enthusiasm and dedication in Azad Jammu and Kashmir on Monday, December 25th.

Numerous social, political, governmental, and non-governmental entities have orchestrated special programs to honor and celebrate the birth anniversary of Pakistan’s founder, Quaid-e-Azam Muhammad Ali Jinnah, with immense devotion.

In Mirpur, a significant ceremony will be held by the state-run National Events organising Committee in collaboration with various social and political groups to pay homage to Jinnah’s lifelong dedication to realizing the dream of a separate homeland for the subcontinent’s Muslims—Pakistan.

Additionally, a birthday cake-cutting ceremony will mark this occasion. Another commemoration, hosted by Shoukat Majeed Mallick, Secretary Information (Retd) of the AJK government, will pay tribute to Jinnah’s remarkable leadership in achieving a separate homeland for the subcontinent’s Muslims.

The day will commence with special prayers in mosques, focusing on the unity, prosperity, and freedom of Pakistan and AJK, as well as the liberation of occupied Muslim territories like Jammu and Kashmir and Palestine.

Similar ceremonies are scheduled across all districts and the tehsil headquarters of Azad Jammu and Kashmir, organized by various social, political, and intellectual groups. Speakers at these events will honor the great leader, shedding light on his dynamic life, ideas, and accomplishments that paved the way for the emergence of a separate homeland for the Subcontinent’s Muslims.
