Islamabad: Amid rising tensions with India and growing concerns over cross-border militancy, Chief of Army Staff (COAS) Field Marshal Syed Asim Munir delivered a forceful and resolute address during the passing-out parade at the Pakistan Military Academy (PMA) in Kakul on Saturday.
