1 Killed, 2 Injured in Collision on Quetta-Karachi Highway

Islamabad: One person lost their life, and two others sustained severe injuries in a collision involving two Iranian pick-up trucks and a Mazda truck on the Quetta-Karachi National Highway on Friday.

According to initial reports, police sources confirmed that the accident triggered a massive fire in two vehicles, claiming one life on the spot.

A private news channel reported that the local fire brigade team responded promptly, arriving at the scene to extinguish the fire and prevent further damage.

The deceased and the injured were subsequently shifted to the District Headquarters Hospital (DHQ) in Sohrab for necessary medical treatment and legal procedures.

Authorities are investigating the cause of the accident.
